Arris is by far the kindest and most genuine sales person I’ve ever seen! It all started with a lovely 2025 Toyota Rav4, with a factory wait time of 4 weeks. The patience Arris had throughout my numerous annoying questions is outstanding! I suffered so much with my Ford car and he guided me step by step with the new initiative. Then when it was time to get the car Arris helped with every small detail! That was 2 months ago. Since then I drove this lovely car thousands of kilometres to Banff and beyond. And today I went back to the dealership to fix my windshield that got hit by a stone from incoming highway traffic, and there is Arris again going far and beyond sales. I took my car to the collision department to get it fixed. They did awesome job. The only thing is. On their website it says that they are open until 6pm. It doesn’t say that the collision department is closed at 5pm. I get there and find this out. I drove 45 minutes to get the car. Good thing there was a guy there and he helped me find my keys and got me on my way back home. Just need to put on the website that the collision department closes at 5pm.
